Every enclosed workplace shall be so constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program shall be instituted where their presence is detected.  a) On or about January 21, 2021 the employer did not ensure that the building was constructed and maintained to prevent the entrance of bats into the upstairs storage area requiring employees to clean bat guano out of storage totes and off the tops of them.
