29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) At a workplace located at 23483 CR 260, Carrollton, MO; employees were exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, H/L Rinse Dri Aid, Clorox bleach, Ultra oven and grill cleaner, and  Kohl Klean Detergent.  Exposure to these chemicals can cause skin burns, skin irritation, and eye damage.  The employer did not have a written hazard communication program.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  (a) At a workplace located at 23483 CR 260, Carrollton, MO; employees were exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, H/L Rinse Dri Aid, Clorox bleach, Ultra oven and grill cleaner, and Kohl Klean Detergent. Exposure to these chemicals can cause skin burns, skin irritation, and eye damage.  The employer did not maintain copies of safety data sheets for each product used in the workplace.

(a) At a workplace located at 23483 CR 260, Carrollton, MO; employees were exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, H/L Rinse Dri Aid, Clorox bleach, Ultra oven and grill cleaner, and Kohl Klean Detergent. Exposure to these chemicals can cause skin burns, skin irritation, and eye damage.  The employer did not compile a list of hazardous chemicals present in the workplace.
