29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Jobsite, southeast corner of building: On January 26, 2021 an employee was on the roof of an entrance canopy, performing masonry touch-up work on the corner of the building.  Fall protection was not used, exposing the employee to a 14 foot fall to the concrete below.
