29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about January 27, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of six feet or more while installing wood decking without a fall protection system.
