29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  On or about January 27, 2021, and at times prior thereto,  an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while performing siding work on a townhouse without fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about January 27, 2021, and at times prior thereto,  an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing siding and roofing work on a townhouse without fall protection.
