On or about 01/27/2021, at building 1 - an employee conducting drywall work on a balcony was exposed to an 11 foot 1 inch fall hazard from the edge of the balcony floor to the ground, in that, he was standing on stilts that were almost as high as the top guard rail. b. On or about 01/27/2021, at building 1 - an employee conducting drywall work was exposed to an 11 foot 1 inch fall hazard from the edge of the balcony floor to the ground, in that, he was not using fall protection while standing on an open window.
