The carpeted walking surface near the bar and kitchen was not level, exposing employees to trip hazards.

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.  The employer did not ensure the floor that was not level between the ladies' restroom and kitchen was repaired or that the area was guarded to prevent employees from entering. This hazard exposed employees to a trip hazard.
