Oakdale Avenue at Deland Florida, employees engaged in tree trimming, felling, and removal operations, were exposed to struck-by and/or crushed-by hazards from falling trees.

Oakdale Ave. Deland FL. 32720, employees engaged in tree cutting operations in the backyard of a 1 story residential site, were not provided with personal protective equipment, to include, but not limited to chaps, eye protection and head protection, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
