29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about January 26, 2021 at 1105 Clara Ave, Building A-2, Panama City Beach, FL: The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 32 feet 4 7/8 inches from eave to ground due to employees either not using their personal fall arrest system or having too much slack in their rope to prevent a fall greater than 6 feet over the edge while conducting sheathing operations.
