29 CFR  1910.218(a)(2): Inspection and maintenance. It shall be the responsibility of the employer to maintain all forge shop equipment in a condition which will insure continued safe operation.   On or about January 27, 2021, the continued safe operation of the mechanical trim forging press was not maintained when the air nozzles were adjusted.
