29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The Employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees that were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards during tree removal work operations.  Worksite: On or about January 30, 2021, while in the process of removing a tree at 36 Birchwood Drive, Greenwich, CT an employee was struck by a tree that was being felled. The Employee sustained fatal head trauma injuries as a result of the incident.
