29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when working on or near rotating drill stem.  On or about February 08, 2021, at times prior thereto, at a job site located near an pipeline easement at or near 111 Pin Oak Drive, Baytown, Texas,  an employee was working at the exit side of an American Augers DD-645  removing wrenches from the drill stem that still had the potential to rotate.  After the drill stem began to rotate, the employee was struck by the breakout wrench.
