29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded and did not prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:   a) Jobsite, 161 Westec Drive, Mount Pleasant, PA: On or about February 5, 2021, during production activities, the employer did not ensure that the OMGA T521 ST Saw, registration number 15264, located on the production floor, was provided with appropriate machine guarding. An employee operating the saw reached into the cutting area and the machine cycled, resulting in a hand amputation injury.
