29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  At a residential construction site,  employees performing framing activities without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard at a height of over 20 feet to the ground below.  Jose Julian Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366055, citation number 1,  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 01, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at  2113 Winsbury Way Forney, TX 75126.  Jose Julian Lopez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1438516, citation number 1,  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 22,  2019, with respect to a workplace located at  10367 Trail Ridge Benbrook, TX 76126.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways, and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.   At the residential construction site, the employer did not ensure employees installing framing material were trained to recognize and avoid slip and fall hazards related to ladders.
