29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  Outside the Warehouse Office: On or about February 11, 2021, A fire extinguisher sign was hung outside the door with no fire extinguisher being mounted below it, prolonging employee exposure to the byproducts of combustion in the event of a fire.

29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Fleet Shop, Parts Room: On or about February 11, 2021,  A lower disconnect switch and a reset button powering a Saylor-Beall air compressor and an upper disconnect switch that is connected to an electrical panel were blocked by boxes, prolonging employees exposure to energized equipment, in the event it would need to be de-energized.
