29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  a) Work site was located at 96 South Ashby Avenue, Livingston, NJ 07039  An employee was exposed to amputation hazards as he was not trained to work with the circular saw he was using to cut wood with when he sustained a laceration injury on his left hand.  Violation occurred on or about January 29, 2021
