29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Exit by the registers: The door from the lobby to the parking lot had a turn knob lock that was kept in the locked position during the night shift, on or about 2/12/21. b) Main Entrance: The 4 doors, from the store to the main lobby as well as from the main lobby to the parking lot, all had turn knob locks that were kept in the locked position during the night shift, on or about 2/12/21. c) Exit by the registers: The door from the lobby to the parking lot had a turn knob lock that was kept in the locked position during the night shift, on or about 2/17/21. d) Main Entrance: The 4 doors, from the store to the main lobby as well as from the main lobby to the parking lot, all had turn knob locks that were kept in the locked position during the night shift, on or about 2/17/21.
