29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSHA ACT of Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious harm to employees exposed to injurious corrosive materials with-out suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Potting Room - The employer did not ensure that employees using Hydrogen Peroxide UN2014 were provide with immediate access an eye wash station for quick drench in of the eyes and body, on or about October 7, 2020.  No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  a) Electric Panel ML1-2 - The employees accessing panel ML1-2 were exposed to electrical hazards from the inability to access the panel while the door to the adjacent room was open, on or about October 7, 2020.  b) Main Electric Panels-The employees accessing the main electric panels were exposed to electrical hazards from the inability to access the panel without moving tables that were stored in front of them, on or about October 7, 2020.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical  a) 113 North 8th Avenue, Lebanon, PA - The employer did not maintain in the workplace, copies of the required safety data sheets for employees working with Hydrogen Peroxide UN2014 made by Nutrilife Plant Products while performing soil drenching and sterilizing tanks and drip tubes, on or about October 7, 2020.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
