29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6):Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: (i) The information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, (ii) Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  a) On February 18, 2021, 2 squirt bottles containing Sterling Seal & Supply T-12wl Machine Oil were not labeled with the identity and hazards of its contents in the Sub-Assembly Area. b) On February 28, 2021, a squirt bottle containing Kester 1544 Soldering Flux was not labeled with the identity and hazards of its contents in the Sub-Assembly Area.

29 CFR  1910.1200(j)(1):Employers shall train employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013:  a) Employees hired before May 25, 2012 did not receive hazard communication training regarding the new United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) label elements and safety data sheets format.
