29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 3956 Stafford Blvd., Lot 6 Aventura, Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about February 22, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 15 feet 2 inches to the ground below.  The Jose Alejandro Vega, dba Jose Alejandro Vega  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1421283, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 7, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 48 Park Beach Drive, Lot 27 Parks Edge Orange Beach, Alabama 36561.  The Jose Alejandro Vega, dba Jose Alejandro Vega  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460044, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 8851 Longue Vue Blvd., Lot 65 French Settlement, Daphne, Alabama 36526.
