29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  (a)  This violation occurred on or about February 23, 2021, at the job-site located at 1040 Sublime Drive, Forney, TX; where employees  decking a new residential single family house were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.
