29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  (a)  Construction site - On or about February 23, 2021 the employer had not develop a hazard communication program and employees were finishing drywall using SHEETROCK Brand All Purpose Joint Compound, Midweight, exposing employees to eye, skin and respiratory irritation.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)   (a)  Construction site - On or about February 23, 2021 the employer had not trained employees about the hazards associated with the use of SHEETROCK Brand All Purpose Joint Compound, Midweight, exposing employees to eye, skin and respiratory irritation.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer:   (a)  Construction site - On or about February 23, 2021 the employer had not certified employee training on fall protection potentially exposing employees to fall hazards.
