"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  On or about February 25, 2021, employees were observed installing siding on a single family home at a job site located at 10015 Rosalee Lane, Strongsville, OH 44136. The employer did not ensure exposed employees were protected from, falls by utilizing a PFAS or protected by any other form of fall protection system at an approximate fall height of 11.6 ft.
