29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye / face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  On or about February 24, 2021, employees were exposed to eye hazards when not wearing eye protection while using a nail gun to secure trusses of an apartment building under construction.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about February 24, 2021, on a residential apartment building under construction, employees were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding six feet when installing trusses without a fall protection system.
