29 CFR 1926.100(a):  Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about February 25, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 921 Hopper Lane, Van Alstyne, Texas, employee walking and cutting framing material below workers was exposed to the hazard of falling tools and materials and was not wearing a hard hat.

On or about February 25, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 921 Hopper Lane, Van Alstyne, Texas, employees performing framing work on the roof were exposed to falling more than 10-feet to the lower level.
