29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews.  On or about March 1, 2021, during the installation of masonry material at a job site located at 915 Peppergrass Dr NE, N. Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on an elevated working surface of a tubular welder framed scaffold were protected from a fall of approximately 10.4 feet above the ground.
