29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:  (a) Jobsite located on 1623 Christian St. Philadelphia, PA - 19146: The employer did not ensure that fall protection was being used by employees performing demolition activities approximately 22 feet above ground level, thereby exposing them to fall hazards.   This condition was noted on or about  March 1, 2021.
