29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1):Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:   Worksite located at 412 Hwy 169, Smithville, Missouri- Employees were exposed to shock or electrocution hazards in that the employer had failed to inspect his cords. The multiple  cords connected to hand tools  had their outer insulation breached and grounding pins removed, thus exposing the inner wires.
