29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   On or about March 01, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a jobsite located at 5026 North FM 51, Weatherford, Texas; employees installing rafters, while working from the ceiling joists without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than six (6) feet to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On or about March 01, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a jobsite located at 5026 North FM 51, Weatherford, Texas; the employer did not ensure employees engaged in framing activities were trained to recognize and avoid fall hazards.
