29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 03/10/2021 employees at the Farmington Avenue electrical project were exposed to approximately 15 foot falls while installing electrical conduit to the exterior of an apartment building from a bucket truck. The employee was not wearing either a body belt or a harness connected to the boom or basket via a lanyard.
