29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or, the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals:  a) TMAAT at 12520 Grant Dr., Ste 300, Thornton, CO: On or about March 9, 2021, the employer did not ensure secondary containers were labeled with the required elements. Employees use various chemicals in their workplace, including the following:   -Nixall Disinfectant/Sanitizer  This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
