29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(10):The top of a non-self-supporting ladder was not placed with the two rails supported equally; nor was it equipped with a single support attachment:  a) Building Exterior front: An employee was permitted to use an extension ladder that was set up unevenly at the top, the two rails were not supported equally while removing a Pump Jack brace, on or about 3/10/21.
