29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Worksite, 100 Bennington Avenue, Freeport, NY 11520, west side of building:  On or about March 04, 2021, employees were exposed to hazards of delayed egress in that the exit route under the mezzanine in the fabrication shop was blocked by an enclosed cargo trailer.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
