The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when working on a residential structure. This was most recently documented on or about March 11, 2021 at 9602 S 183rd St, Omaha, Nebraska when employees were observed painting a residential structure without fall protection. The employees were painting while working at a height of over 6 feet without fall protection.
