29 CFR  1910.22(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition:  Draw Area:  On, or about, April 23, 2021, Condat Vicadil SPS 9G, a powered soap that was used as a lubricant to draw wire, had accumulated on overhead surfaces such as a storage loft, a bridge crane, wall ledges, trusses and the roof of an interior room.  The dust was classified as combustible on the Safety Data Sheet provided by the manufacturer and was determined to be explosive when subject to Kst (explosibility) testing.
