29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   A)  Building B (whole building): On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 1 inches while working near loading areas/wall openings without complete guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems in place.  B) Building B (North section of building): On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 2 inches while using a ladder to access the third story of the building. Third story ladder access point did not have complete guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems in place.  C) Building B (South section of building): On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 1 inches while using two ladders to access the second story of the building. Second story ladder access point did not have complete guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems in place.  D) Building B (center of North and South sections): On or about March 12, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 11 feet 1 inches while walking and working near an open elevator shaft. Area near elevator shaft did not have complete guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems in place.
