29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. On or about March 17, 2021, on top of a structure, two employees engaged in framing operations were not protected from a 20-foot 6-inch fall hazard when not using a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.    b. On or about March 17, 2021, on the lower roof of a structure, an employee performing framing operations was not protected from a 10-foot 7-inch fall hazard when not using a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
