29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  a)	Microbiology Laboratory Room 133;  There was a secondary bottle of isopropanol which was not labeled with the percentage of alcohol and hazard label warnings.   b)	Microbiology Laboratory, Room 193;  There was a secondary container of 75% Ethanol with no hazard label warnings.   The Food and Drug Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359210, citation number 2, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 05/30/2019, with respect to a workplace located at Seattle, WA.  The Food and Drug Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1354074, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Tacoma, WA.

29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1):The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. (b)	Microbiology Laboratory Room 93;  There was not an identifying sign over the Badger fire extinguisher.
