29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling.  208 Russel St., Hadley, MA: On or about March 18, 2021, an employee was observed working from the roof of this building  without any fall protection, more than 9 feet above the ground below.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
