29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when conducting roofing operations on a residential structure. This was most recently observed on or about March 10, 2021 at 2604 n 186th St., Elkhorn Nebraska 68022. Two employees were working on the roof of a residential structure of a newly constructed residential home at heights of over 6 feet and not properly utilizing fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  The employer is failing to train all employees that were potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards associated with the type of work being accomplished. This was most recently documented on or about March 10, 2021 at 2604 N 186th St., Elkhorn Nebraska 68022.
