29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about March 24, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations on a roof nineteen (19') four (4") inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about March 24, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing roofing operations on a roof seventeen (17') five (5") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. c. On or about March 24, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing roofing operations on a roof ten (10') eight (8") inches above the ground was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
