29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  a. On or about March 25, 2021, a temporary employee delivering roofing materials to the roof of a two-story new build residential home used a pallet hook attachment connected to a Palfinger Articulating Knuckle Boom Crane, Model Number: PK26002EH, Serial Number:  100528854 to access the roof. The employee used the pallet hook/equipment to ascend/descend the roof exposing the employee to falls of over nine feet and caught-between hazards
