29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)    On or about March 17, 2021, and at times prior thereto, where employees/laborers were engaged in framing activities without fall protection over 6 feet, the employer did not initiate and maintain programs by a competent person to ensure any part of the contract work and in surroundings under all working conditions were not unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to the employees/laborers health or safety.
