29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings or working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees, and who has authorization to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them.  On or about March 30, 2021, the employer did not perform frequent and regular inspections of the job site, exposing workers to construction hazards such as, but not limited to fall hazards from the roof approximately 34 feet from the ground.
