29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: (a) Jobsite located at 3829 Lancaster, Philadelphia, PA: Employees were working from the upper level platform of a tubular welded frame scaffold, that did not have guardrails installed on all open sides, while not utilizing a fall protection system thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of greater than 28 feet. Condition was observed on March 29, 2021.
