29 CFR  1926.451(f)(15): Ladders shall not be used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees, except on large area scaffolds where employers have satisfied the following criteria:   A) 124 Washington Ave, Haddonfield, NJ:  At this location employee(s) were utilizing a Werner ladder to gain access to a residential homes dormers  when the employer failed to ensure that the scaffold was erected to reach the dormers of  the residential home, exposing employees to fall hazard(s).   Condition observed on or about 26MAR21.

29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level.   A) Haddonfield, NJ:  the employer failed to ensure that each employee working on scaffold  at approximately 30 feet from ground level were protected by use of guardrails or a Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS).
