This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program will enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and will train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.   Construction site: On or about March 24, 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a two story residential roof had the requisite understanding or skill for safe work practice. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6-feet to the ground below.
