Both emergency exits in the warehouse were blocked by material. This exposed four employees to safety hazards related to impeding their ability to exit the building in an emergency. Dick's Sporting Good, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198097, Citation 1 Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2470 Market Street Ne, Washington, DC 20018.
