Bollo St: On March 23, 2021, as the controlling employer;  sub-contractor employees were were exposed to falls while working from heights of 8 - 18 feet while performing framing activities.   b) Lost River Townhomes off E. Bollo St: On March 23, 2021, as the controlling employer; sub-contractor employees were were operating a pnuematic nail gun without eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) E. Bollo St., Lost River Townhomes: On March 23, 2021, as the controlling employer; sub-contractor employees working from the first level roof hip while siding the second floor of a two story townhome were exposed to falls of eight to nine feet.  b) Lost River Townhomes off Cherry Ln: On March 23, 2021, as the controlling employer; sub-contractor employees sheathing the edge of a two story low slope roof were exposed to falls from 16-18 feet to ground.  c) Lost River Townhomes off Cherry Ln: On March 23, 2021, as the controlling employer; sub-contractor siding along a framed-out interior wall was exposed to an eight foot fall.
