29 CFR  1910.179(l)(3)(i):Unsafe condition(s) disclosed during the frequent or periodic inspection(s) required by 29 CFR 1910.179(j) were not corrected before operation of the crane was resumed:  a) Express Employment Professionals, 13696 East Alameda Avenue #A, Aurora, CO 80012: On and before March 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees working at Manko Window Systems, Inc. 17500 E 22nd Ave Aurora, CO 80011,  the pendant control for the Shannahan Hoist crane was damaged while it was being operated by employees in the dock area. This condition exposed employees to crushing hazards.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electric equipment shall be firmly secured to the surface on which it is mounted:  a) Express Employment Professionals, 13696 East Alameda Avenue #A, Aurora, CO 80012: On and before March 18, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees working at Manko Window Systems, Inc. 17500 E 22nd Ave Aurora, CO 80011, were protected from injury, in that the employer did not ensure electrical  outlet boxes with prepunched knockout outlets were firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards
